How does my order get shipped?

All orders ship UPS Ground unless expedited shipping was requested. Due to the high-security nature of our products, all orders require a signature upon receipt unless requested by the customer.

Can I request expedited shipping?

Absolutely! You can request expedited shipping by requesting it in the Order Notes at checkout or by contacting us about your order here.

Why do all orders require a signature on receipt?

Due to the high-security nature of our products, a signature is required for all orders unless requested by the customer. We do this to protect the customer and see to it that only authorized parties receive your package as a lot of our products deal with key control and authorizations.

Can I get my locks keyed alike/differently?

Of course! A lot of our products have this built in as an option to select when adding it to your cart. In the case of multiple products you can leave us a note in the Order Notes at checkout and we’ll be happy to assist you.
